Downtown Mayfield celebrated another milestone today with a ribbon cutting for Kendall Insurance Agency and Fred Biggs Insurance, now open at their new location.

The ceremony featured local high school students presenting the colors, along with Justice Shea Nickell leading the Pledge of Allegiance, an invocation, and a rendition of My Old Kentucky Home.

City leaders and community members called the moment especially meaningful, as the new business opens in the direct path of the December 2021 tornado.

Congratulations were extended to the entire team as they begin this new chapter in Mayfield’s rebuilding.
