Deputies responded at approximately 11:08 p.m. on January 1 to a report of a single-vehicle rollover crash with injury in the 8000 block of KY 58 East. Kaler was transported to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment of possible minor injuries. After being medically cleared, he was taken to the Graves County Restricted Custody Center and later transported to an out-of-county detention facility, according to the sheriff’s office.

Kaler is charged with: DUI – second offense, leaving the scene of an accident, and criminal mischief.
