CASA of Graves County and Southwest Kentucky is highlighting the outstanding service of two dedicated individuals — Sandy Rogers and Ryan Toombs.
Sandy, described as CASA’s “boots on the ground,” has spent 21 years advocating for children, serving on 22 cases involving both individual children and sibling groups. CASA says she is tireless in her work and treats every child as if they are the only one in the world — calling her a shining example of what a CASA volunteer should be.
The organization is also recognizing Ryan Toombs, who served nine years on the Board of Directors, most of that time as chairman. CASA credits his leadership and vision for helping their program grow significantly across all areas.
CASA says the service of both Sandy and Ryan has made a truly meaningful impact on children and families across the region.
