A holiday tradition has returned to the Mayfield-Graves County Fairgrounds as Cartwright Grove kicked off its first weekend of Country Christmas festivities. Families are invited to stroll through the Festival of Lights, enjoy holiday treats, and spend time with Santa inside the historic village setting.
This year’s event is open on December 5th–6th, 12th–13th, and 19th–20th from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Santa will be available for visits and photos each night from 6 to 8 p.m.
The village will offer snacks, sweet treats from Santa’s Bakery, and cozy seating near the fireplace where guests can sip hot chocolate or Grinch’s Punch while listening to Christmas music in the Saloon.
Organizers say they hope families will make Country Christmas a yearly tradition. Admission is free, though donations are appreciated to help support Cartwright Grove.
