Even if you don’t qualify for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), help with your heating bills may still be available. Those who are still in need of help are encouraged to visit the new utility support hub at www.kynect.ky.gov/resources to find a list of services and support in your community for basic utility needs. Some of those services include electricity, utilities and gas services, but are not limited to those alone. Help for Housing, trash services, water and sewer, phone services and more can also be found online.
