On August 31st at 1:40 pm, Mayfield Police Department Officers responded to the 700 block of Delrose Drive in reference to the resident having an active warrant for her arrest. Upon arrival, contact was made at the front door with Nancy Richardson-Peals, age 64 of Mayfield. While speaking with Richardson-Peals, she was advised of the active warrant, and taken into custody without incident. Richardson-Peals was transported to the Graves County Restricted Custody Center for booking. Richardson-Peals is charged with a Bench Warrant out of Fulton County for a Probation Violation regarding a previous felony offense.
On August 31st at 1:50 pm, a Mayfield Police Department Officer responded to the 500 block of North 13th Street to assist a Graves County Jail employee on a home visit. While at the residence, suspected methamphetamine was located in plain view inside the home. The resident, Tommy West, age 66 of Mayfield, was taken into custody, and transported to the Graves County Restricted Custody Center for booking. West is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 2nd Offense.
