Mrs. Jill Reese Atkinson, age 84, of Mayfield passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House in Murray, KY.
She was a member of First Christian Church in Mayfield, KY and a homemaker.
Mrs. Atkinson is survived by her husband, Paul V. Atkinson; two sons, Chip Atkinson of Providence, RI and Reese (Lisa) Atkinson of Thorton, CO; one daughter, Kathleen Atkinson (Stephen) Manley of Memphis, TN; one brother, Jack Reese of Nashville, TN; and four grandchildren, Nicholas (Abby) Manley of St. Louis, MO, Emerson (Bailey) Manley of Memphis, TN, Griffin Atkinson of Thorton, CO and Keaton Atkinson of Thorton, CO.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Justin Reese and her parents, H. L. and Kathleen Lyell Reese.
Funeral services for Mrs. Jill Reese Atkinson will be 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Nicholas Manley and Emerson Manley will officiate. Entombment will follow at Brookhill Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be her children, grandchildren and nephews.
Visitation will be 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
