Misty L. Franklin, age 48, of Mayfield, KY passed away at 2:55 PM Friday, December 5, 2025 at Mercy Health Lourdes in Paducah, KY. Misty was a member of Pryorsburg Community Fellowship Church and she  was  registered nurse having worked most recently  for Baptist Home Health. Misty is survived by her husband - Stanley Franklin of Mayfield; two sons - Matthew (Bethany) Franklin of Mayfield, KY and Johnathan (Abby) Franklin of Clinton, KY; a daughter - Madison Franklin of Mayfield, KY; three grandchildren - Avalynn Franklin, Asher Franklin and Georgia Rose Franklin; father - Ronnie (Darla) Owens of Dexter, MO; and a brother - Chadwick (Sara) Owens of Birney, MO. Misty was preceded in death by her mother Karen Jarrell. Funeral services for Misty will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Mike Miller will officiate with burial to follow in the Pryorsburg Community Fellowship Church Cemetery. Friends are invited to call between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Pallbearers will be Matthew Franklin, Johnathan Franklin, Zachary Price, Trinity Tibbs, Chadwick Owens, Coltyn Franklin, Justin Boaz and Skylar Adams.
